1.Fixation method:During transportation, the wall panels of the machine room should be firmly bound to the vehicle. Temporary fixation methods such as wooden wedges should be used to prevent loosening and deformation caused by the shaking of the vehicle body.
2.Marking requirements:The goods should have main marks, direction marks, installation marks, center of gravity points and lifting marks. Especially when the single weight of the goods is greater than 10 tons, a "cross" should be marked on the top and both sides of the goods to represent the center of gravity point, and the lifting position and the mark should be marked on the side of the goods.
3.Precautions during loading and unloading:Color steel sheets must not be bent during the ceiling installation process to prevent cracks.When handling, place it gently and do not drag it on the ground. Do not stack too many layers.Place it on a flat ground. The bottom and top need to be protected by packaging boards. The stacking height must not exceed.
4.During transportation, temporary fixation methods such as wooden wedges should be used to prevent loosening and squeezing deformation caused by vehicle body shaking.
