HBIS Group's Zhangxuan Technology profile production line has once again successfully completed the development and production of φ130mm S355J0 European standard angle steel, further optimizing its angle steel product structure.

As the first domestic enterprise to apply hydrogen-based DRI (direct reduced iron) smelting to produce green Steel Materials, HBIS Group is using new product development as a breakthrough to accelerate the cultivation of new quality productivity and gather a powerful force for high-quality development.

For traditional production lines, developing and producing European standard products is by no means easy; even slight mistakes can lead to a series of problems such as excessive dimensional deviations and substandard performance.

"Developing and producing S355JR European standard angle steel presented us with entirely new challenges. Although we had some production experience and technical reserves, it was still like crossing a river by feeling for stones.

The S355J0 and S355JR grades of angle steel products have excellent impact resistance and fatigue resistance, and high dimensional accuracy. They are widely used in power transmission lines in high-altitude and cold regions, making them ideal materials for constructing transmission towers. Compared to national standard angle steel products, their dimensional deviation must be controlled within 0.2mm, making them the highest precision angle steel products worldwide."
