Beijing, China - December 2025 – In a move to regulate steel exports, the Ministry of Commerce of China has announced that, effective January 1, 2026, export licenses will be required for approximately 300 steel products under specific HS codes. This new policy is aimed at addressing international trade challenges and standardizing the steel export process.
