Advantages of Galvanized Coils

1.Anti-corrosion performance: The galvanized layer forms a protective film of zinc oxide/zinc carbonate through the principle of preferred corrosion by sacrificial anodes, effectively isolating the steel substrate from contact with corrosive media. When the thickness of the hot-dip galvanized coating is ≥45μm, the corrosion rate under salt spray test is ≤1μm/ year, and the corrosion resistance life is 5 to 10 times longer than that of ordinary steel coils.

2.It has a wide range of application scenarios: it is suitable for fields with high requirements for corrosion resistance, such as building steel structures, home appliance manufacturing (such as refrigerator shells), the automotive industry (chassis anti-corrosion parts), and the energy industry (photovoltaic brackets).
