1.When transporting over long distances or on poor road conditions, color steel sheets should be placed horizontally. The overhang length at the support points should not exceed 1 meter. Wall panels exceeding 2 meters should be fully bound at the rear to prevent damage caused by excessive deflection due to the fluctuation at the rear of the vehicle.
2.During transportation, temporary fixation methods such as wooden wedges should be used to prevent loosening and squeezing deformation caused by vehicle body shaking.
3.Packaging materials:The packaging of color steel sheets should adopt a frame clamping type, using wood with cross-sections of 50X100 and 100X100 and steel strips of 1X30. The anchor bolts are shipped in wooden cases with 100X100 ribbed wooden blocks at the bottom and beveled at the ends for the use of forklifts during transportation.
4.Rust prevention treatment:The threaded parts of the anchor bolts should be coated with anti-rust grease, wrapped in linen, then wrapped with PV film for waterproofing, and finally transported in wooden cases.
