1.Anti-corrosion performance: The galvanized layer forms a protective film of zinc oxide/zinc carbonate through the principle of preferred corrosion by sacrificial anodes, effectively isolating the steel substrate from contact with corrosive media. When the thickness of the hot-dip galvanized coating is ≥45μm, the corrosion rate under salt spray test is ≤1μm/ year, and the corrosion resistance life is 5 to 10 times longer than that of ordinary steel coils.
