Advantages of steel checkered sheet
1. Anti-slip performance : The raised patterns on the surface of the checkered plate significantly increase the coefficient of friction, making the workpiece less likely to slip during processing and reducing the need for fixtures. Applicable TO machine tool worktable pads, conveyor equipment treads, etc.
2. Reinforcing structural stiffness : The three-dimensional structure of the pattern is equivalent to increasing the moment of inertia of the cross-section of the sheet, improving bending resistance and making it less prone to deformation during processing. At the same thickness, checkered plates have flexural strength about 15% to 30% higher than flat plates.
3. Wear resistance and compressive strength : The raised part of the pattern is preferred to bear friction, protect the base material and extend the service life. Under the same load, the surface wear of checkered plate is 20% to 40% less than that of ordinary plate.
